I am running XP and keep getting the following error 7023 in the event
viewer. It appears immediately after a re-boot.

Error message is:

Event Source: Service Control Manager
Event Category: None
Event ID: 7023
Date: 01/03/2006
Time: 16:52:17
User: N/A
Computer: SASSENACH
Description:
The IPSEC Services service terminated with the following error:
The attempted operation is not supported for the type of object referenced.

Please can you tell me if there is a resolution to this.

What further information is given in this link?

You need to check using the link in the Error Report in
your Event Viewer and not those in these messages.
