I want to do the following:
I have a database of error massages in my PC of that can appear on Windows.
What i want to do is whenever an error message appears this database to
automatically open.

Any help is welcome.

Are you referring to the Event Viewer logs? I am aware of any way to do
what you are asking. Many errors prompt to send a Report to Microsoft
so the user will be aware of their creation but many reports are just
placed in the appropriate log.

You can place a shortcut to Event Viewer on your Desktop and in
the Quick Launch part of your Taskbar. I have done the former but not
the latter as there are other items having a greater priority for the
limited space available.
