I keep getting these two errors in my event viewer - how do I fix them?
The ptssvc service failed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the file specified.
The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load:
viaagp1

ptssvc.exe is installed alongside the drivers for Kodak's range of digital
cameras. This program assists in the transferrnig of files and photos to and
from the digital camera via USB when it is connected to the PC.
C:\Program Files\KODAK\KODAK Picture Transfer Software\PTSsvc.exe
viaagp1 is probably viaagp1.sys
The process VIA NT AGP Filter belongs to the software VIA CPU to
AGP2.0/AGP3.0 Controller or VIA Tech CPU to AGP Controller by VIA
Technologies, Inc (www.via.com.tw).
viaagp1.sys is located in the folder C:\Windows\System32\drivers.
Ringing any bells here?

Marion
Try uninstalling and reinstalling the software that came with your Kodak
camera.
Check the Via web site for an updated driver. Wes gave you the link.
