I wrote to the XP troubleshooting forum, and the responder said he didn't
have experience with my errors and directed me to
microsoft.public.inetserver.iis. I figured it was a part of MS, but when I
googled it I got a lot of results and have no idea which one to choose. If
this forum can't answer or isn't appropriate, could you please give me
specifics on where to find answers?
