help! I cant remove folder from recycle bin...I empty recycle bin
normally then it has an error that it cant find the file...I tried the
dos command of delteing the recycle bin tree/directory this hasn't
worked either...I have also tried a registry clean but this didn't
work...I am fed up as I am running out of memory!

What is the name of the file?
Have you tried emptying the Recycle Bin in Safe Mode?

Open Notepad, create a junk file, save it to the desktop.
Then drag it to the recycle bin, it shoul empty then.
