- How can I fix if my drive is dirty?

Everytime I restart Windows, Windows check disk and show message :volume is
dirty.
How can I make my disk is not dirty .I formated this partion already, but
that message still show when I restart Windows XP.I dont want to disable
check disk option so I want to find the way to fix this
Can you help me? Thank you in advance .
