How do I change the data type of a key in the registry hive HKCU?: Posted by Bud on January 8th, 2006; Hi:
Can anyone tell me a simple method of changing a data type in HKCU? I would
like to change HKCU\software\microsoft\windows\current version\explorer\user
shell\nethood\ .............. Currently the data type is Reg_sz and I wish
to change it to Reg_expand_sz. Please be specific.
