- HP Software Update Page Won't Cooperate

Win XP Media Ctr / Video Bios Update--The site below on HP's Update page
just shows "Loading" forever/Nothing happens after Download link dbl-clk'd in
Firefox 2.0.0.11 and "Cannot Load Page" in IE7- Nothing in HP tech Sppt
relates to me other than in IE7 "Enable FTP folder view (outside of Internet
Explorer)" was already checked as suggested.
Have had issues with HP Dnloads before. Any suggestions appreciated!

solved this with a Googled Tip from HP's site that their Sppt Techs didn't
have in their lists. Per above: The "Download" icon Link was actually the URL
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/softwar...-1/sp35111.exe
I simply Changed the first - ftp - To - http - and the App Downloaded like
it was shot out of a cannon. Go figure!
