hi, hav a problem, i cant download anything, from any site. the download
window doesnt even appear. my security centre is also gone. anyone know what
this could be.

Did you tried System Restore to an earlier date?.
Make sure your system is clean by scanning your machine from an online

windows xp, pentium 4,
all my virus protection is gone, dont have a firewall anymore, of i think
'coz i cant find the security centre, i have tried online virus scan, it
doesnt come up with anythin.
