- Installing Service Pack 2 for Windows XP Professional

I tried to install the Service Pack 2 from update; but I continually got the
error code: 0x80200010. Please help.

What are your anti-virus and anti-spyware arrangements. Also what
firewall are you using? One of these could be interfering!
