- Installing/uninstalling Office XP Pro - HELP!!!

Hello.
I accidently deleted office xp from my computer.
Now I can't uninstall it nor can I reinstall it. When trying to
uninstall using the add/remove programs I get "2211 - an internal error
has occured ( Registry
)
and when I try to reinstall I get the same error.
I haven't ran any registry cleaner yet.
Did a spyware check using adware.
Also, when trying to install only, I get the following error message:
Error signature:

Action : FileCost ErrNum : 2211 Err0 : x Err1 : Registry
Err2 : x

if you deleted the program(s) without using the uninstall feature, then your
registry is still trying to reconize the program...

Cleaned the registry using regsupreme. that didn't seem to help me.
any suggestions?
