My Internet Explorer 7 isnt coming on and on the task manager 'dwwin.exe'
comes up at 0% everytime i try and connect, Explorer comes up but doesnt
connect. Also my media player & MSN messenger will not load up and my
computer is generally slow. Ive done a spyware and virus scan and found about
20 threats, ive healed all but its still not working. correctly.
