- Keyboard stops functioning after coming out of standby mode
- Posted by MadHatt on December 18th, 2007
I just recently configured my computer to go into standby mode after a few
hours. When it comes out of standby, my keyboard won't work. It's not even
listed anymore under system devices... and no info under keyboards anymore.
If i restart it comes back. I'm just wondering why this is happening?
Anything I can do or just not use standby? I have winxp Home Ed ver 5.1,
sp2. Thanks

In case you need to know It says its a Standard 101/102 Key..Keyboards says
Logitech. Its usb connection and device manager says it is plugged into
keyboard port.

For each and every USB port in DeviceManager, disable power saving.....
