Somehow my power options have been deleted. I tried going to
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm, saved it to my hard drive and
then clicked on run. Nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

What did you download exactly? There are 381 scripts and registry edits
on that site.
