When I open my browser I have a full window, but when I click on additional
items and open another window, it is only on half a screen. I have to click
on maximize to open the window full, but when I restore down, it goes back to
half a window.

Hi there Tom,

Try this:

Open the first IE Window so you get a full screen. Then do something to
launch a second window.
Close the first window.
Resize the second window to the size you prefer.
Close that window.
Try the process again, the window size should be set.
