I have several problems with my laptop including: 1) system restore is
missing; and 2) the laptop boots very slowly (hangs on the wallpaper
screen for about two minutes before files and programs appear on the
desktop). I believe that these problems are happening because I am
missing several registry files and/or dll files - is that possible? If
so, what is the best way to restore the dll and registry files? Thanks
