Hi just wondering if anyone can help as I dont have time for a reformat ( .
when im under heavy browsing or have a couple of applications open the mouse
pointer freezes / detatches from the actual position? i have to guess where
to point the mouse it still selects and clicks but i have no idea where it is
as the pointer is frozen at the last position!

please help!!

Do you have the same problem with a different mouse?

If wireless, are the batteries okay?

Have you reviewed the settings in your mouse software?

Have you uninstalled and re-installed your mouse software?

Have you uninstalled the mouse from Device manager and let Windows
detect it on reboot?
