This isn't a Microsoft problem.
mssvc.exe is a process associated with the StealthDisk application used for
hiding and encrypting files and folders. This program is a non-essential
system process.
Do you really need this?

If not, uninstall it.
I would uninstall the POS just because the site had popups. #$%#$%
