- opening Ie6 is slowing with an 8mg ethernet!!

My CPU seem to be over used ie. i call any web page it takes 15 sec to
open and the download is slow plus the cpu is at 100%.if i open gmail
it freezes the page i can not get ride of it even with end task of task
manager Did all tests Microsoft spyware ,symantec tests for risk
computers and other no trojan no viruses nothing I need help and
specially do not want to reinstall windows!!!

Top five reasons for slow performance:
1. Viruses and spyware.
2. Too many applications running in the background.
3. Standard maintenance procedures not regularly performed.
