- Posted by Ron D on November 1st, 2005
Hello all and greetings, I have a 2 problems i hope you can help with.
When i click the X on a widow to shut down programs the program stays running
in task manager taking up unneccasary memory. EX: windows media player and
Acrobat Reader stay running in task manager after i have closed the
program...hmmmm what do you think? Ohh i have windows xp serv pack 2
installed.....One more question that has me stumped that i have previously
read in this archive but no really answer was recieved........when something
goes wrong and the "error report" message appears (which i love to use) with
the 3 things it check marks.. well it never gets connected to the internet
it just stays there forever
then i X out of it .... i am connected to the
internet and the internet seems to work for all other programs EX windows
update, Norton internet security.....just the error report doesn't work....
it did work long ago and yes i tried to do a system restore but that seems
not to be working hmmm Can you help Cyber people Thank YOU Ron D
