Dear Forum,

I want to ask where I can find information on filing of documents such as
letters, memos, proposals. When I file them in the (save in) blank such as
"xxx.doc", I can't find it and search does'nt know where it is either. I am
tired of losing documents.

When I even try to select any other letter, memo, proposal, it says (file
can not be found) when I know its in there. It says that it may have
something to do with filing format of document or a antivirus system problem,
what are your thoughts?

I appreciate any help on this matter!! Thanks!!
