I, too, get this message frequently. Several times I was told it was a
device driver, so I reinstalled drivers one by one until I no longer got that
message. I still get the IRQL......message, but now it says I have one of 4
viruses that virus scan software cannot detect and suggests that I perform
the Protection Scan outlijned in safety.live.com. I have run the PS each
time I got this message and no viruses were found.
I have even restored to points that I knew everything was working ok.
Also tried to restore earlier points but there are at least 2 points that I
cannot retore. So this is an additional problem.
But back to the IRQL.....problem. Any suggestions?
Thanks.
