as per ur solution i've reinstalled mouse drivers now its going fine,

Sounds like a corrupted driver - yet again. The question we now face is why
is it getting corrupted over and over again? Have you tried heading to the
Windows Update site and seeing if there's something in there that's
available? I don't mean using the automatic updates but rather going to the
site manually, selecting the custom option, and then checking for drivers
that might be available. Are you running any automated cleaning applications
on your system? Let's start there, it's not like either of us is going
anywhere any time soon, and see where we get. For now, if there's no new
driver, just go ahead and answer the questions and do the removal process
again to get full functionality back.
