Norton detected a virus.. backdoor IRC bot. It removed it however every day i
log on in Norton I find that the status says repaired infected file. I was
trying to check the registry by going into regedit just to view it..however,
it won't even let me do that.. I keep getting a "file in use". Does that
mean that the virus has Installed something that is not allowing me to access
the registry to either change or view it. My concern is if norton removed
this virus and there is something on the registry am is my personal
information at risk?
