" regsvr.exe DLL initialization failed " message on every shutdown: Posted by Sergey U. on June 15th, 2008; I had SP2, now upgraded to SP3, but EVERY time at shutdown i got the message
with a header:

regsvr.exe DLL initialization failed

What is that?
