- Posted by Johny Bravo on January 17th, 2008
Hi there
I accessed files from my machine from Start> run.
Is there a way to remove these from the view? I trashed my temps files &
cache already.
Please help!

Right click the start Button and select properties. On the taskbar and
Start menu window click on Start Menu then click on Customize Button.
On the Customize window under general tab click the Clear list then click on
Advanced tab and click to clear the History list for opened docs, click
[Apply] then [OK] and Hit F5 to refresh and see if you can see them?.
If you still can see them run the Disk Clean up.
Are you doing this on a Work machine?.
HTH.

Take a look at this web site.
Clear Recent documents history, Run, Open/Save box MRU and Typed URLs
