What is Rundll32.exe SisPower.dll Mode Agent? It is in my startup list and I
was wondering if this is something I need or can I disable it?
Thanks,
Kemm

I have no idea if I have a SIS chipset. It was never in my startup menu
before, then all of a sudden it was there. I don't know where it came from.

Do a Search for SiSPower.dll on your machine.
See this...
HOW TO: Search For Hidden Or System Files In Windows XP
http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;302347
The folder that SiSPower.dll is in may be a clue, unless it's in
WINDOWS\System32.
When located, right click SiSPower.dll | Properties | Version tab
There should be a description on both General and Version tabs.
This info is part of the file and not all files have real good info.
Especially if it is spyware or a virus. Or whoever put it together was lazy
or secretive.
On the Version tab.
Click a category on the left to display the information on the right.
Other version information
Item Name:
Company
File Version
Internal Name
Language
Original File Name
Product Name
Product Version
Sometimes, if someone was really industrious, there is info under the
Summary tab also.
