For some reason I can't SAVE AS or SAVE the midis and wavs from stationary
binaries on the stationary NGs. The Save and SAVE AS are now grayed out and
non functional. How do I get SAVE and SAVE AS (on right click) back?

Perhaps the website you are trying to download from is deliberately disabling this
function.
Try another website, and if the SAVE AS and SAVE are working, then the problem is
with the security on the website you are trying to donwload the midi and wav files
from.

I'm not trying to save them from a website. I'm trying to save them as I
always have from HTML stationary. It always worked before.
