- schedule autochk
- Posted by Daniel Kaliel on March 6th, 2006
Our staff are just brutal to thier computers. Is the only way to schedule an
Autochk on the hard drive in which the operating system exists to do the
following??
1) Schedule a reboot at some ungodly hour, say once a month
2) Alter the registry key BootExecute in
HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager to run autochk with
every reboot.
Please let me know. I just want to verify the path I am on.
