script to end tasks in Task Manager
Posted by 3KINGS on March 30th, 2006

When I do my video editing I try to free up as many resources as I can so I
unplug my cat5 cable from the modem then go to Task Manager and close down
all my firewall, virus, and pest control apps. I then close down EVERYTHING
not needed such as windows update manager, printer processes, etc... Is there
a way to build a script that I can run to close down a bunch of processes at
once? I tried creating another profile but that proved to be a bigger hassle
when switching back and forth.
