Hi,

Since turning off a lot of the services, my computer has sped up
considerably. However, I appear to have lost all sound in MSN Messenger and
Outlook Express - the latter still shows up in Sounds in Control Panel, and
the new mail sound will play through there, so the file is not missing. Is
there a service that's required for these two programs to play sounds? Or
have I changed something else too? Any suggestions much appreciated!
