- standard user rights

Single PC (no network), operating on XP. Have loaded 'Quick Books' software
for business financing. When I try to open QB, I get the message that the
user account for windows was set up with restricted access to system
resources and that I should get the system administrator to grant standard
user rights. The desktop only has one user (me), and I log in as an
administrator. How can I access the QB program?
