svchost.exe has 100% cpu usage

svchost.exe has 100% cpu usage: Posted by Matt Modica on April 4th, 2006; The process svchost.exe has CPU usage of 100% all the time! Have tried
Spybot, Ad aware, and a repair install. If it is ended, it starts back up
