system folder opens on startup

I'm not sure if i'm putting this in the right place and I'm not exactly sure
if the other post got posted so i'm asking again. When i start my computer
the system folder opens and i don't know how to fix this or why it happens.
anyone with info PLEASE HELP!! Thank you.
