system32 folder opens on start up

every time i start my pc the sytem32 folder opens i have read previos msg ref
this about using registry editor i dont fully understand this and dont want
to try to do it myself is there an easier way of stopping this from happening
i am a limited knowledge user although with simply instructions (not full of
jargon) im am usually ok at doing things please help

thanks for the links i tryied the download but the regisry was not found to
perform the change and as i mentioned before i am unsure as to what im doing
with the other link you posted any further suggestions? thank you
