- Tapiini.exe cannot be found

Since wiping and reloading my laptop, my modem dialup has given an error 633
message. I find that there is no telephon.ini file, nor a tapiini.exe which
is meant to fix this problem. I dont know what to do? XP otherwise runs fine.

tapiini.exe is for Windows 9x, not Windows XP.
