- Turn off Computer window opens without my input

During normal computer usage (whether running a program or game) or when I am
away from the computer, all of a sudden the Turn off computer window will
open, minimizing all open programs/games.
I have run multiple virus scanners and spyware detectors and say that my
computer is free of viruses and spyware.
How do I stop this from happening.
