- Unable to use arrow keys in booting or function keys.

My computer was working fine when it was last shut down, but now when I turn
it on the display monitor I can't choose between the duel boot menu by
scrolling down or use the function keys such as F2, F8, F12, Enter key to go
to Safe Mode. I have to wait for the computer to boot, then everything work
fine on the desktop. Login is a problem. I'm running Windows XP Professional
on Dell. I have tried system restore which did not help. I have run chkdsk
in dos and no problems were found. Any ideas?

I have fix the problem by removing the Belkin USB Hub from the back of the
PC to the front connection. Thanks.
