used winrar to delete a smitfraud

I tried to get rid of this smitfraud, but I wasn't sure how to use and i
ruined it and now my pc is really slow. I tried rebooted as well although is
doesn't reboot either. What should i do?

Winrar is a compression utility, it has nothing to do with viri or spyware.
