Hi! Anyone who could give me some advice with this would be appriciated,
because I can't figure it out.

When Windows loads, it gives me a user environment window, with a message
telling me that windows cannot load a profile, because it might be corrupt.

then it gives me another user environment window, saying that I'll be logged
into a temporary profile.

It's very annoying and I don't know how to fix it. Though I can still use
the computer & have all my files.

That article claims you will carry over settings etc. in this way, but
the method it describes doesn't carry over the resgistry hive that
contains those settings. Is there a way around that?
