windows 98 2nd edition.. i am trying to play online games and the sites say i
need to download jave..when i try to do that...i get the response from
java..that reads..WINDOWS INSTALLER COULD NOT BE ACCESSED...AND IT ALSO SAYS
...WINDOWS INSTALLER MIGHT NOT BE BE CORRECTLY INSTALLED..what do i do ..ty
