The answer is always: NO!, yet every 40 seconds to a minute--- the same
question is asked, again and again and again.
Why doesn't Windows or IE7 (there is NO IE7 newsgroup) rememebr this
answer and act accordingly?

Because you are still working on the same web page that is using information
that is not controled. It is asking you if you want to proceed on the same
page and you are saying no but are still working on that page. If you are
not putting any CC info in or personal info in, I personally wouldnt worry
about it especially if you have pop-up blocker and anti-virus detection.
Intrusion detector is also good to have.
