when i try to transfer music to my mp3 i get this msg. "windows explorer
encountered an error and needs to close" i open my music folder and right
click on a file and choose either copy or move to and as soon as i click on
where i want to move it the error comes up. what am i doing wrong besides
not throwing it out the window?

When you try to copy or move copy-protected content, the copy protection
software will sometimes crash your computer.
