I have no tabs on my Windows Task Manager box, and no programs in the box to
view, when hitting Ctrl, Alt, Delete. Our computer has two system
administrators, both enabled, running AVG 7.0, and Adware's lastest version.
One of the administrators Task Manager runs fine, tabs and programs are in
full view. Any help on restoring Windows Task Manager to othe administrator?

Double click on the border. That should restore the tabs.
