- Windows XP Hibernate Mode
- Posted by Mike L on December 29th, 2007
After reading other threads on the energy saving features of using hibernate
mode for my Dell XP loaded dektop PC, when my PC goes into hibernate do my
other USB connected devices (scanner, printer, ext hard-drive) go into
standby mode whereas they drop down to minimal power consumption or is it
best to turn them off at the mains.

Many Thanks
