wpa.dbl

I'm fighting a viral infection and I think I'm winning ;-) but I have
noticed that my wpa.dbl consistently has a timestamp that corresponds
to my most recent boot-up. This is a WinXP laptop with SP2, and I
regularly use the machine in an office environment plugged into a
docking station, as well as at home and on the road.

I don't see why the product activation would need to be updated...
except, perhaps, by a virus?Does wpa.dbl get legitimately modified on
a regular basis?

TIA--
