Ok, so I am trying to help someone fix their computer. They are having
problems with the control panel. Apparently when the person opens the
control panel, they can see the icons, but cannot click on them. I found
support article 843551, which I think is the solution to the problem, but I
am not to sure. Basically, I am on the right path?
