Recently upgraded 3 Dell's to XP. In all cases power management does not
shut down the hard drives after the pre-set times - any advise or better yet
cure?

1) Ensure that there's not a BIOS update to fix this issue
2) Update the video drivers to the latest, WHQL certified version - I
believe that the shutdown is tied to screen activity.

BIOS is current, video on at least one of the Dells (GX 280) is also
current< I wll check with the GX-100 processors. Any other ideas?
