Hello there

Please excuse this very basic question. I was hoping to be able to download
and load some XP windows blinds themes.I have downloaded a couple of windows
blinds that I quite like, only problem is I don't know how to get my PC to
set them up and make them work?

Does anyone know if it is easy to do or is there a program that has to be
used to do it? I realise this might not quite be the right newsgroup to ask
so forgive me in advance. However I am not sure who to ask that might know?

Any help would be appreciated.
