Hi, everytime I start or shut down my computer, the error message
YJH8KX5P/OVVBNC72.DLL is not a valid windows image appears.
I have researched Microsoft and Symantec to try and take care of the YJH
error message to no avail.
I would appreciate any help anyone can offer me on getting rid of this
annoying message.
Thank you.

Yes, I have Spy Subtract. Just installed SS today. It didn't find the YJH

Yes, I see how familiar you are with spyware. So what do you suppose you
should do next...try another detector? search the internet for information
about removing spyware? contact Spy Subtract technical support? read
previous newsgroup posts, where the subject of spyware removal is discussed
in detail over and over again? learn how to protect your privacy and
security on the internet? Your call.
